The compromised data includes individuals’ full names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, government ID numbers, vehicle identification numbers, passport numbers, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, credit/debit card numbers, medical record numbers, patient ID account numbers and medical information. The affected information may differ for each person impacted by the Pembina County Memorial Hospital data breach.
