Pahl & McCay Data Breach:
Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the Pahl & McCay data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
Pahl & McCay, a California law firm, was alerted on June 7, 2023 that several corporate email accounts had been subject to unauthorized access.
A third-party vendor was then employed to review the contents of the affected email accounts for personal information. By October 27, 2023, this review had been completed, and it was determined that personal information such as names, addresses and Social Security numbers may have been compromised as a result of the breach.
If your information was exposed in the breach, attorneys want to hear from you. You may be able to start a class action lawsuit to recover compensation for loss of privacy, time spent dealing with the breach, out-of-pocket costs, and more.
A successful case could also force Pahl & McCay to ensure it takes proper steps to protect the information it was entrusted with.
