Nevro Corp. Data Breach:
Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the Nevro Corp. data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
On April 3, 2025, Nevro Corp., a medical device company based in Redwood City, California, notified the Texas Attorney General’s Office about a data breach impacting thousands of individuals, including 6,381 state residents.
Although details about the Nevro Corp. data breach are limited at this time, the report to the Texas attorney general indicates that names, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial information, medical information and health insurance information were compromised.
If your information was exposed in the breach, attorneys want to hear from you. You may be able to start a class action lawsuit to recover compensation for loss of privacy, time spent dealing with the breach, out-of-pocket costs, and more.
A successful case could also force Nevro Corp. to ensure it takes proper steps to protect the information it was entrusted with.
