Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the My Daily Choice data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
My Daily Choice, Inc., a multi-level marketing company that offers a variety of products through its online marketplace, has revealed a recent data breach potentially affecting the personal information of 89,188 individuals. On February 15, 2024, My Daily Choice identified suspicious activity within its third-party hosted environment, where company data is stored. An immediate investigation was launched with the aid of the company’s IT team and the third-party vendor. The investigation uncovered that an unauthorized actor had accessed, copied, and attempted to delete files on the same day the suspicious activity was detected.
According to a notice provided to the Maine attorney general's office, the compromised data includes names, Social Security numbers, and payment card information. My Daily Choice has completed a thorough review to determine the scope of the affected information and is currently notifying impacted individuals.
