As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
LoanCare, LLC, a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc., has recently disclosed a data breach incident that may have affected personal information belonging to consumers. Unauthorized access to certain systems within Fidelity National Financial's information technology network was discovered on or around November 19, 2023. In a data breach notice sent to consumers, LoanCare stated that it performed loan subservicing functions for affected individuals' mortgage loan servicer.
If your information was exposed in the breach, attorneys want to hear from you. You may be able to start a class action lawsuit to recover compensation for loss of privacy, time spent dealing with the breach, out-of-pocket costs, and more.
