Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the Kingdom Trust data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
On or around March 1, 2024, Kingdom Trust detected potential unauthorized access to its network. An investigation found that personal information may have been copied from the network during the incident. The compromised data included at least individuals’ names, and personalized notices have been sent to inform Kingdom Trust data breach victims about what other information may have been compromised.
Kingdom Trust, which offers financial services to businesses such as The Loan Source, Inc. and ACAP SME, LLC, holds certain personal data through services related to the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program.
