The investigation revealed that unauthorized access to certain company data occurred between November 21 and November 27, 2023. A review of the affected data concluded in late August 2024.
A report submitted to the Texas Attorney General’s Office indicated that the Katz Nannis + Solomon, PC data breach exposed individuals’ names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial information, and medical details.
