Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the Jordano’s data breach.

As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.

Food service company Jordano's recently experienced a data breach that compromised personal information such as names, Social Security numbers, and bank account numbers for direct deposits. The breach occurred around February 25, 2024, and the exact number of individuals affected is currently unknown. After discovering the breach on February 26, the company took steps to secure its systems and engaged cybersecurity experts to investigate the incident. Those identified as being affected by the Jordano's data breach should be notified via mail, and a sample of this letter can be seen below.
