GreenWaste Recovery, LLC Data Breach

Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the GreenWaste data breach.

As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.

GreenWaste, a California-based recycling and waste management company, has recently started informing consumers about a data breach that may have compromised their personal information.

The company reports in its notice letter that it detected suspicious activity on its network systems on November 27, 2023. The GreenWaste data breach is believed to have taken place between November 22 and 27, 2023, when an unauthorized third party gained access to files containing sensitive data.

An investigation into the incident revealed that consumers’ full names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account information, health insurance information and limited medical information, such as COVID-19 test results and vaccination statuses, may have been impacted.
