Endue Software Security Incident: What Happened?
On February 17, 2025, Endue Software, which provides software to assist clients in managing infusion care across the country, discovered potential unauthorized access to its systems. The company secured its environment and launched an investigation, revealing that a cybersecurity breach occurred on February 16, 2025. During the breach, files from certain internal systems were copied without authorization.
An investigation found that exposed information could include names, addresses, Social Security numbers, birth dates, and medical record numbers. The details vary by individual.
Endue Software is mailing notices to those impacted, provided it has valid mailing addresses. Letters indicate that information received from Twelfth One, LLC, which does business as Aspen Infusion, was impacted by the incident.
According to the website for the Maine Attorney General's Office, the Endue Software data breach has impacted 118,028 individuals.
