DG3 Data Breach:
Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the DG3 data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
DG3 North America, Inc., a vendor that provides printing, mailing and communication services for its business partners, experienced a cyber incident that was discovered on or about March 19, 2024. Upon noticing suspicious activity on certain network systems, the company launched an investigation with forensic specialists to assess the full extent of the breach.
DG3 determined that personal information, including names, Social Security numbers, addresses, and financial account details, was accessed and potentially copied from its systems between February 5 and February 22, 2024. The DG3 data breach has reportedly affected 13,746 individuals and, as of late April 2024, the company began working with its business partners to notify those impacted.
If your information was exposed in the breach, attorneys want to hear from you. You may be able to start a class action lawsuit to recover compensation for loss of privacy, time spent dealing with the breach, out-of-pocket costs, and more.
A successful case could also force DG3 to ensure it takes proper steps to protect the information it was entrusted with.
