Delaware North Data Breach: Lawsuit Investigation

As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who had their information exposed in the incident, including those who received notice of the Delaware North data breach or otherwise believe they are affected.
Delaware North Security Incident: What Happened?
Global hospitality and entertainment company Delaware North has reported a data breach involving a compromised Microsoft account.
According to a letter sent to the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office, Delaware North identified suspicious activity in an employee’s Microsoft account on January 28, 2026. An ensuing investigation discovered that an unauthorized actor had stolen copies of certain files the day prior, on January 27. A review determined on May 28 of this year that names, driver’s license numbers, and state-issued identification numbers may have been contained in the files exfiltrated in the Delaware North data breach.
A report submitted to the Texas Attorney General’s Office indicates that Social Security numbers may also have been exposed in the cyberattack.
Delaware North, which operates over 200 hotels, casinos, restaurants, sports venues and other locations worldwide, began mailing notification letters to potentially affected individuals on June 5, 2026 (a sample notice is pictured below).
