Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the Continuum Health Alliance data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
Continuum Health Alliance, which provides health management and patient care coordination services, discovered unauthorized access to its network on October 19, 2023. The company promptly secured its systems and engaged third-party specialists to investigate the breach.
The investigation revealed that an unauthorized actor gained access to certain systems from October 18 to 19 and obtained the personal information of individuals, including names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, health insurance details, medical information and phone numbers. The Continuum Health Alliance data breach has reportedly affected 377,119 individuals.
