The data breach may have exposed sensitive information including patients' names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, medical record numbers, diagnoses, lab results, medications, treatment details, health insurance information, provider names, dates of treatment, and financial data. Employee information related to their employment may also have been affected.
According to a report submitted to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, 446,094 people are affected by the Center for Vein Restoration data breach.
