As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
Gastroenterology Associates of Central Florida, doing business as the Center for Digestive Health, recently experienced a data breach that potentially compromised sensitive personal information belonging to individuals who received care at Center for Digestive Health or Center for Digestive Endoscopy clinics. The breach was first detected on April 11, 2024, when the company noticed suspicious activity on its IT network. Information compromised in the breach could include names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and health information.
