Bojangles Data Breach:
Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the Bojangles data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
Bojangles’ Restaurants, Inc. recently experienced a data breach that may have compromised the confidentiality of consumers' personal information. On March 12, 2024, the company detected unusual activity in its corporate network, which an investigation revealed had been ongoing since February 19, 2024. During this period, an unauthorized individual accessed and downloaded certain files from Bojangles’ systems.
According to a report provided to the Texas Attorney General's Office, the information exposed in the Bojangles' Restaurants data breach included sensitive personal details such as individuals' names, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, government-issued ID numbers, financial information, medical information, and health insurance information.
If your information was exposed in the breach, attorneys want to hear from you. You may be able to start a class action lawsuit to recover compensation for loss of privacy, time spent dealing with the breach, out-of-pocket costs, and more.
A successful case could also force Bojangles to ensure it takes proper steps to protect the information it was entrusted with.
