A review of the impacted files, concluded on September 22, 2025, determined that a threat actor may have accessed personal information stored on the network between April 4 and May 18 of that year.
A letter from the organization’s attorneys indicates that the Arthur Ashe Institute for Urban Health data breach may have exposed names, Social Security numbers, driver’s licenses, financial account information, medical data and/or health insurance details.
