Arcis Golf Data Breach:
Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the Arcis Golf data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
CF Arcis XII, LLC, which does business as Arcis Golf, has begun notifying individuals of a data security breach that reportedly affected thousands.
The company, which manages nearly 70 private, resort and public golf clubs in the United States, revealed that an unauthorized party accessed their network around November 16, 2023 and acquired certain files. After a review, it was confirmed on May 28, 2024, that the compromised data included personal information such as names, addresses, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, bank account numbers and Social Security numbers. According to a notice letter victims received from the company, the type of information exposed in the Arcis Golf data breach varied among individuals.
If your information was exposed in the breach, attorneys want to hear from you. You may be able to start a class action lawsuit to recover compensation for loss of privacy, time spent dealing with the breach, out-of-pocket costs, and more.
A successful case could also force Arcis Golf to ensure it takes proper steps to protect the information it was entrusted with.
