Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the TalentLaunch data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
Alliance Solutions Group, operating as TalentLaunch, recently experienced a cybersecurity incident that potentially exposed the personal information of 119,261 individuals gathered during the employment application and placement processes. The breach, identified on or around May 31, 2023, involved unauthorized access to the company's network, leading to the exposure of sensitive data such as names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver's licenses, financial account details, and medical and health insurance information. Notification letters are being sent to individuals with confirmed physical addresses.
