Adkore Staffing Data Breach: Lawsuit Investigation

Adkore Staffing Security Incident: What Happened?
Adkore Staffing Group, LLC, a skilled labor staffing company headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, has reported a data breach involving unauthorized access to its systems. The breach, detected on September 17, 2024, prompted an investigation, which revealed that the unauthorized access occurred between September 11 and September 12, 2024.
According to a report to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, the Adkore Staffing Group data breach exposed Social Security numbers, financial account information and driver's license numbers.
It wasn't until March 19, 2025, that Adkore confirmed the presence of individuals' sensitive information within the accessed files. The company is now sending letters to those affected.
